Complete solution for large-scale bulk messaging through multiple channels (SMS, WhatsApp, and URA). I transformed the technical complexity into a simple and intuitive interface, creating consistent flows that ensure operational efficiency and clarity in the user experience.

Problem
The product needed to provide customers with a way to perform bulk sending (SMS, unofficial WhatsApp, Official WhatsApp API, and Identity Verification IVR). The complexity was in making the experience simple and consistent, as each type of dispatch had its own particularities.
Solution
I worked closely with the PO and the Head of Product to design an intuitive feature, prioritizing simplicity and standardization. The solution was:
A single dashboard to track the results of all bulk triggers, without needing to switch screens.
Unified configuration via modal, triggered by a button on the dashboard itself.
Standardized interface: the same flow and visual style for the 4 types of triggers, reducing learning curve and user errors.
Process
I participated in the strategic discussions with the PO and the Head of Product to align business objectives and user needs.
I modeled flows and prototypes of the dashboard and modal in Figma, ensuring visual and usability consistency. Several versions and tests were necessary until we reached the ideal usability.
I collaborated in the handoff to devs, documenting interactions and states to facilitate implementation.
Result
A robust feature, but with a simple and straightforward experience: users can set up and monitor triggers on a single screen, with fewer clicks and greater clarity, bringing better results for both companies.
Learnings
The power of a consistent UI: maintaining the same logic for different triggers reduces doubts and support.
Confirming that, even in complex functionalities, fewer screens can be more efficient.
