Complete redesign of a chatbot, transforming a basic tool into a modern and competitive solution. I rethought the entire user experience, creating a flexible and intuitive interface, as well as designing new features that expand the possibilities for use and scalability of the product.
Tools used:
Context
The chatbot existed in a MVP version, with a rigid interface and limited usability. It was functional but poorly adapted to the market and difficult for the end user to operate.
Its cards were fixed and did not allow much flexibility in assembling a chatbot flow.
Solution
I took on the challenge of completely rethinking the experience and appearance of the chatbot, making it more modern, intuitive, and aligned with market needs. In addition to the aesthetic aspect, I also evolved the product proposal with new features.
Main improvements:
Complete visual redesign, with a cleaner, more consistent, and attractive interface, featuring draggable cards.
Reimagined usability, facilitating workflows and interactions.
Creation of new functionalities that expand the possibilities of using the chatbot, such as HTTP requests.
Process
I analyzed the limitations of the MVP version and identified points of friction for the user.
I structured new features and interactions.
I designed screens in Figma, applying principles of UX Writing, visual hierarchy, and component consistency.
I designed the evolution with navigable prototypes, validating the navigation and clarity before implementation.
Result
The redesign demonstrated the potential of the chatbot as a more competitive, scalable, and user-friendly tool. The final result featured a modern interface tailored to the market, elevating the product's perceived value.
