CRM
Product design - UI/UX
2023-2025
Evolution of a CRM from its MVP to a robust and modern platform. Structural and visual redesign that included new features such as a dashboard, activitys, and advanced filters, significantly enhancing usability and user experience.
Tools used:
Context
The existing CRM was an MVP: functional but limited in features, with a basic visual and low usability. Over time, it became necessary to evolve the product visually and structurally, bringing more robustness and new functionalities, such as activity logging, dashboard, and filters.
Solution
I conducted a complete redesign of the interface, transforming the CRM into a tool:
Visually more appealing, with a consistent and modern identity.
Usable and intuitive, prioritizing information hierarchy and clear navigation.
Ready for new functionalities without losing simplicity.
Process
I analyzed the existing workflows to understand users' pain points.
I structured wireframes to reorganize information and navigation.
I modeled the new interface in Figma, applying principles of design system, grid, and visual consistency.
I created navigable prototypes that simulated the user experience with the new screens.
I adapted the layout for smaller screens.
Result
Although the product has been discontinued due to the company's business model, the redesign produced a huge visual library and clear examples of how the CRM could evolve. The result demonstrates my ability to enhance visual quality and usability of a product, even in challenging contexts.
Learnings
How the visual directly impacts the perception of value of the product.
The importance of thinking about visual scalability to support new features.
That not every work goes live, but every process adds learning and was fundamental for my evolution as a product designer.
